Yvelyne Wood
Founder
A committed entrepreneur, Yvelyne Wood served for eight years as the Permanent Representative of
Givenchy Japan. Givenchy is a French luxury house operating in over 70 countries, known for its haute
couture, perfumes, and cosmetics. She successfully led the brand’s development and strategic growth in the
Japanese market.
She also co-founded Mozart Patrimoine, a Paris-based investment firm specializing in corporate and real
estate asset strategies.
Currently, Yvelyne Wood is the founder of Swiss Wood Invest, a Swiss company active in the commodities
sector. The firm caters to a high-end private and institutional clientele, with all transactions conducted under
strict confidentiality.
Artistic Sector
As a visual artist and sculptor, Yvelyne Wood’s work focuses on the memory of war and violence against
women. Her artistic practice is recognized and supported by leading institutions such as the United Nations,
the UNHCR, the UN Human Rights Council, and the French Ministry of Culture. Some of her works are
permanently exhibited in public spaces.
Humanitarian Sector
Deeply committed to humanitarian causes, Yvelyne Wood founded and presides over Uniref, a Swiss NGO
recognized as a public-interest organization. Its mission is to provide higher education to young war refugee
populations, with active partnerships in the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, and Poland.
Bryan Wood
Founder
Bryan Wood is a distinguished international investor and the co-founder of Swisswood Invest, where he now
dedicates his extensive investment expertise to serving a discerning and institutional clientele. Having started
his investment career in 1985, Bryan Wood has built a solid reputation in international finance and private
equity.
He is also the founder of Alta Berkley, an investment firm based in London, licensed by the Financial Conduct
Authority (FCA), and recognized for its operational rigor by leading British and European financial institutions.
Throughout his career, Bryan Wood has created and managed several investment funds specializing in
biotechnology and scientific research, and more recently in nanotechnologies and the pharmaceutical
industry. These funds are primarily aimed at institutional investors seeking opportunities in high-growth and
high-value technological sectors.
He currently holds or has held directorships and board memberships in several companies in the United
States, particularly in the fields of pharmaceutical innovation and nanotechnology.
Education
Bryan Wood holds an MBA in Finance from Harvard Business School and a degree in Industrial Technology
from Virginia Tech (Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University).
